Previously, Jeff was a Director within Fiera Capital’s private credit division where he was responsible for all aspects of institutional investor relations (fund formation, capital raising and relationship management). Jeff received an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Abigail Rayner

Abigail leads the growth of the HarbourVest private markets’ evergreen solutions including comingled funds and separate accounts, targeted at institutional investors and private wealth. Abigail joined HarbourVest in 2018 as our senior infrastructure and real assets product specialist. With previous experience in investor relations at Octopus Group in London, and CPPIB where she invested globally in both private equity (secondaries, direct co-investments and primaries) and direct infrastructure. Abigail received an HBA (Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration) from Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario in 2008 and an MBA from the London Business School in 2014.

Clay joined the firm in 2012. and is currently the Head of Canada, overseeing business development and strategy for the firm’s Canadian presence. Previous roles include Client Advisor in J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he was responsible for business development for institutional investors throughout the country as well as Business Development at Xerox Canada Ltd. Clay earned an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University and has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2023, Josh worked at Manulife Investment Management as a Managing Director, Private Markets Product, leading the group responsible for global institutional product strategy and development across all private asset classes. Previously, he was a Director at Manulife and led the development of third-party funds for Manulife’s infrastructure and private equity strategies. Josh received a Juris Doctor (J.D.) (Western University, Faculty of Law), and a BA, Honours Business Administration, (Ivey Business School, Western University).
